On March 18, 2009 , Mr Karl-Peter Schmid, Spanien has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
SHS VIVEON AG, Martinsried bei München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005072409,
WKN: 507240, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on March 16,
2009 and now amount to 10.48% (this corresponds to 1571620 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.02% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 153008 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Schmid.
