On March 18, 2009 , Mr Dirk Roesing, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
SHS VIVEON AG, Martinsried bei München, Deutschland, IISIN: DE0005072409,
WKN: 507240, have fallen below the 25% and 20% limit of the Voting Rights
on March 16, 2009 and now amount to 15.53% (this corresponds to 2328156
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 15.53%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2328156 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Roesing from Dirk Roesing Management GmbH.
