Restructure of Company/Change of Personnel

EXTRAORDINARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Zwack Unicum Plc informs all participants in the stock market of the
following organizational and personal changes:

1. As of April 1st, 2009 the Company will establish a
   Production-Technical Division. The branches pertaining to said division
   are: the Dunaharaszti and Kecskemét facilities, the Unicum factory, the
   Technical Office, the Central Laboratory and the Product Development
   Department. The management of this newly established division will be
   entrusted to the production-technical director Mr.László Seprős.

2. As a result of this reorganization, the position of export director
   will be terminated as of April 3rd. Mr.Balázs Vass, the current export
   director, will continue his professional career outside of Zwack Unicum
   Plc. All export activity will be taken over by the Commercial Management
   department and will be the direct responsibility of the Commercial
   Director.

3. In the interest of a more efficient management strategy, the
   company is carrying out a staff

reduction of approximantely 6%.
