Hamburg, March 31, 2008. On March 20th, 2009, the new team of six
Supervisory Board members of COLEXON Energy AG appointed Dr. Carl Graf
Hardenberg as their new Chairman. Dr. Carl Graf Hardenberg is partner of
the economically oriented law firm Hardenberg Rechtsanwälte in
Berlin/Germany focussed on German company law and capital market
regulation.

At request of the Executive Board the new members of the Supervisory Board
were commissioned on March 06th, 2009 by the registration court Hamburg.
With completion of the Supervisory Board the company gains extensive
experience and competence in an important development phase. The new
members act in an advisory and supervisory capacity to the Executive
Board.
