Invesco Limited, Henley-on-Thames, United Kingdom, hat uns mit Schreiben
vom 9. April 2009 die folgende Mitteilung gemacht:

'We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 3
April 2009, the voting interest of Invesco Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, in
Bilfinger Berger AG fell below the threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.99%
(1,858,070 voting rights) on this day.

4.99% of the voting rights (1,858,070 shares) are attributable to Invesco
Ltd., in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 of the WpHG.'
