On April 06, 2009 , Mr Dr. Winfried Kill, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on INDUS Holding AG, Bergisch Gladbach, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006200108, WKN: 620010, have fallen below the 10% limit of the Voting
Rights on December 29, 2006 and now amount to 8.46% (this corresponds to
1522566 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 4 of the WpHG, 2.49% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 447526 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Kill.
