according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on INDUS Holding AG, Bergisch Gladbach, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006200108, WKN: 620010, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights
on February 05, 2008 and now amount to 8.46% (this corresponds to 1522566
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 4 of the WpHG, 2.49% of
