PSI Plans Payment of Dividend as of 2010

PSI AG intends to pay a dividend for 2009 and subsequent years. In the
meeting which followed directly upon the conclusion of the Annual General
Meeting, the PSI AG Supervisory and the Management Boards agreed to propose
to the 2010 Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend of at least 50
percent of the annual result of PSI. This will be the first dividend
payment since the initial public offering.

In the course of yesterdays Annual General Meeting, the PSI Management
Board and Supervisory Board had requested an opinion on the initiation of
dividend payments. The investors and shareholder representatives attending
reacted positively to the question. As a result of the development of
business, which is very positive even in this very difficult economic
environment, PSI sees itself as being in a very good position to continue
its successful growth, even with the future payment of dividends. Only on
24 April did PSI announce double-digit increases for all the relevant
figures in the first quarter.

PSI AG develops and integrates individual solutions, on the basis of its
own software, for the management of energy networks (electricity, gas, oil,
water, heat), cross-company production management (steel, mechanical
engineering, automotive, logistics) and infrastructure management for
telecommunications, transport and safety. PSI was founded in 1969 and
