Correction of the voting right notification of October 9, 2008 (published
on October 14, 2008):
On April 30, 2009, OppenheimerFunds Inc., Centennial, CO, USA informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1, 24 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on AIXTRON AG, Aachen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN:
A0WMPJ, exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 02, 2008 and
then amounted to 3.12% (this corresponds to 2833430 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.12% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2833430 Voting Rights) were to be
attributed to the company.

On April 30, 2009, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company,
Springfield, Massachusetts, USA informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1, 24 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON AG,
Aachen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN: A0WMPJ, exceeded the 3% limit
of the Voting Rights on October 02, 2008 and then amounted to 3.12% (this
corresponds to 2833430 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6, Sentence 2 of the
WpHG, 3.12% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2833430 Voting
Rights) were to be attributed to the company.

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1, 24 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON AG, Aachen, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN: A0WMPJ, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on October 02, 2008 and now amount to 3.12% (this corresponds to 2833430
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6, Sentence 2 of the
WpHG, 3.12% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2833430 Voting
Rights) were to be attributed to the company.
