Correction of the voting right notification of November 3, 2008 (published
on November 4, 2008):
On April 30, 2009, Oppenheimer Funds Inc., Centennial, CO, USA informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1, 24 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on AIXTRON AG, Aachen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN:
A0WMPJ, exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on October 30, 2008 and
then amounted to 5.08% (this corresponds to 4612929 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.08% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4612929 Voting Rights) were to be
attributed to the company. 4.95% of those (4499969 voting rights) were to
be attributed via Oppenheimer Global Opportunities Fund, Centennial, CO,
USA.

Aachen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN: A0WMPJ, exceeded the 5% limit
of the Voting Rights on October 30, 2008 and then amounted to 5.08% (this
corresponds to 4612929 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6, Sentence 2 of the
WpHG, 5.08% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4612929 Voting
Rights) were to be attributed to the company.
4.95% of those (4499969 voting rights) were to be attributed via
Oppenheimer Global Opportunities Fund, Centennial, CO, USA.

on October 30, 2008 and now amount to 5.08% (this corresponds to 4612929
Voting Rights).
