of 3 % of the voting rights in Fresenius SE, Else-Kröner-Straße 1, 61352
Bad Homburg v.d.H., Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 1.27 % of the
voting rights in Fresenius SE, arising from 1,023,408 voting rights.
All voting rights in Fresenius SE were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

Furthermore, Fresenius SE was notified in the name of and on behalf of
Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, Massachusetts, USA,

Company fell below the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in Fresenius

Fidelity Management & Research Company held 2.50 % of the voting rights in
Fresenius SE, arising from 2,013,900 voting rights.
All voting rights in Fresenius SE were attributed to Fidelity Management &
