Correcting its notification dated October 29, 2008 Massachusetts Mutual
Life Insurance Company, Springfield, USA, has informed us of the following
on May 14, 2009:

Correction to a release of a voting rights announcement according to
Articles 21 Section 1, 24 WpHG

OppenheimerFunds Inc., Centennial, Colorado, USA, exceeded the threshold of
3% of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG on October 27, 2008. On that day
OppenheimerFunds Inc. held 3.04% (1,584,347 voting rights) which are
attributable to it according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.

Release of a voting rights announcement according to Articles 21 Section 1,
24 WpHG

Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp., Centennial, Colorado, USA, exceeded the
threshold of 3% of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG on October 27, 2008. On
that day Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp. held 3.04% (1,584,347 voting rights)
which are attributable to it according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1
No. 6 Sentence 2 WpHG.

Release of a voting rights announcement according to Articles 21 Section 1,

MassMutual Holding LLC, Springfield, Massachusetts, USA, exceeded the
threshold of 3% of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG on October 27, 2008. On

threshold of 3% of voting rights in JENOPTIK AG on October 28, 2008. On
