Boersenstrasse 1, 60487 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. On that date, FIL
Investment Management Limited held 3.03% of the voting rights in Deutsche
Boerse AG arising from 5,908,217 voting rights.

All voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG were attributed to FIL Investment
Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.
