according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on AIXTRON AG, Aachen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN: A0WMPJ,
have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 21, 2009 and now
amount to 2.96% (this corresponds to 2688865 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in conjunction
with § 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.96% of the Voting Rights
