Munich, 16th June 2009 - in relation with the transaction with Unister
Holding GmbH the Management Board members Marc Maslaton and Philip Kohler
have - by convention - stepped down as Management Board members with effect
from 30th June 2009, 24:00 during yesterday's Supervisory Board meeting.
Mr. Thomas Wagner (Speaker of the Board) and Mr. Sebastian Gantzckow, both
domiciled in Leipzig, were appointed as new Management Board members with
effect from 1st July 2009, 0:00.
