Flughafen Wien AG confirms that the Austrian Financial Market Authority has
started preliminary investigative proceedings as defined in the Austrian
Stock Exchange Act. Flughafen Wien AG is interested in the fast
clarification of all uncertain issues and will of course cooperate in full
with this authority. Flughafen Wien AG believes that all requirements of
the Austrian Stock Market Act have been met.
