Geratherm subsidiary apoplex medical - new sales partnership

Geschwenda, 24. July 2009 - Geratherm Medical AG (Frankfurt Stock Exchange,
ISIN: DE 0005495626, WKN: 549 562). Apoplex medical technologies GmbH
(apoplex medical), a subsidiary of Geratherm Medical AG, signed a
nonexclusive partnership agreement with an international producer of
medical technology on 24. July 2009. The Cooperation is designed to
achieve maximum distribution of apoplex medical's SRAclinic stroke early
warning system in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. SRA technology is
now to be sold in tandem with patient monitoring systems, primarily to
acute stroke treatment units, emergency rooms and
cardiological/cardiosurgical intensive care units.
