Kahl am Main, 31.07. 2009 - The Supervisory Board has decided to dissolve
the contact with Mr Hans-Jürgen Stangl, Member of the Board at SINGULUS
TECHNOLOGIES AG.

Mr Stangl will remain Chairman of the Management Board of STANGL
Semiconductor Equipment AG (STANGL) and will continue to bring forward the
expansion of STANGL's solar activities.
