according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0008051004, WKN: 805100, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on July 21, 2009 and amount to 5.33% (this corresponds to 4599631
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.33% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4599631 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the State of Baden-Württemberg from Landeskreditbank
