On August 03, 2009 , Mr Florian Lanz, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on July 31, 2009 and on
that day amount to 5.679% (this corresponds to 460000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.741%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 60000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Lanz from LAGO Invest GmbH, Berlin .
