according to Article 21, Section 1 and Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below the 30%
limit of the Voting Rights on July 31, 2009 and on that day amount to
29.289% (this corresponds to 2372264 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 26,906%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2179252 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Schorr from Rainer Schorr Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH,
Berlin. According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG,
2,222% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 180000 Voting Rights) is
to be attributed to Mr Schorr from Christa Schorr (shares held in trust).

Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below the 30% limit of the Voting
Rights on July 31, 2009 and on that day amount to 26.906% (this
corresponds to 2179252 Voting Rights).
