On 26 August 2009, Deutsche Börse AG agreed to the approval application of
CR Capital Real Estate AG to the Entry Standard. Consequently, CR Capital
Real Estate AG leaves the Open market and will be listed in the Entry
Standard, this starting from 1 September 2009.

CR Capital Real Estate AG was founded in 2008. CEO Thomas Ehrich: 'The
change of the trading segment is a further step on our way becoming a
residential REIT. The listing in the German Regulierter Markt (Regulated
Market; precondition for the REIT status) and in the Prime Standard is
planned for 2011.

owns the status of a Vor-REIT (pre REIT status). The Group manages high
quality residential and commercial properties at top locations in the
greater Berlin area.

The current property portfolio consists predominantly of city villas
