Munich, September 30, 2009 - The Supervisory Board of ARQUES Industries AG
agreed in yesterday's meeting to determine the appointment of Bernd Schell
as Executive Board member with immediate effect.
The responsibilities of Bernd Schell will be taken over by the remaining
Executive Board members. The Executive Board consists of Hans Gisbert Ulmke
(CEO), Felix Frohn-Bernau (Mergers & Acquisitions) and Michael Hütten
(Operations & Investment Controlling) in the future.
