pursuant to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 9 October 2009, that on 5 October 2009 the
share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001 went below the threshold of 10% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 9.732% (1,113,489
shares). These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to
Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent.
1 No. 6, sent. 2 and sent. 3 WpHG. These voting rights are held directly by
Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC and other funds.
