On October 21, 2009 , Mr. Johann Peter Forchhammer, Denmark, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his
Voting Rights on COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005250708,
WKN: 525070, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% limit of the Voting Rights on
August 18, 2009 and on that day amounted to 10,09% (this corresponds to
1,789,630 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10,09%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1,789,630 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Forchhammer from Synerco ApS (in insolvency) via
Getconnected A/S.
