Again in business year 2008/09, FORTEC Elektronik AG continuously generated
profit for 25 years.

Turnover of BY 2008/09 (01.07.2008 - 30.06.2009) is 42.2 million EUR
compared to 42.6 million EUR of previous year. Net profit before interest
and tax (EBIT) totalled to 2.1 million EUR (previous year 2.8 million EUR).
Annual net income added up to 1.6 million EUR and was again on same level
as BY 2006/07 - compared to 2.1 million EUR of previous year 2007/08 as an
exception.

Cash-flow in operative business of 2.1 million EUR (PY 0.8 million EUR)
considerably underlines the financial strength of the company.

At the annual shareholders' meeting on December 17, 2009, it is suggested
to payout a dividend of 30 Cents per share due to the earning per share
(after tax) of 53 Cent.

The company capital is 83 % of the balance sum, no bank obligations and a
cash-on-hand of 5 million EUR will provide definite competitive advantage
again in coming BY 2009/10 despite of the actual difficult market
situation.
