Correction of a voting rights notificaiton from 09.11.2009

On November 16, 2009 , Ms Alexandra Bernstorff, Deutschland, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her
Voting Rights on COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005250708, WKN: 525070, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on October 21, 2009 and on that day amounted to 2,74% (this
corresponds to 486605 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2,74% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 486605 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Bernstorff from 4 You Silverstorm CXIII Ltd & Co.KG via 4
You Silverstorm CXIII Ltd and 4 You Start Now Limited .
