Allianz SE announces that it intends to cancel the secondary listing of its
ordinary shares (ISIN number DE0008404005) on the Official List of the United
Kingdom Listing Authority with effect from 11 January 2010.
Allianz SE's ordinary shares remains listed on all German Stock Exchanges (Xetra
included). Listings on the Stock Exchanges of Milan, Paris, Zurich and New York
have been or are in the process of being cancelled.
