AG, Walldorf, Germany, ISIN: DE0007164600, WKN: 716460, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on 01.12.2009 and amounts to 3.13% (38,359,297 voting
shares) as per this date.
Of these voting rights 3.13% (38,359,297 voting shares) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., New York, USA, has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG,
Walldorf, Germany, ISIN: DE0007164600, WKN: 716460, exceeded the threshold
of 3% on 01.12.2009 and amounts to 3.13% (38,359,297 voting shares) as per
this date.
Of these voting rights 3.13% (38,359,297 voting shares) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence
1 No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

and amounts to 3.21% (39,294,272 voting shares) as per this date.
Of these voting rights 3.21% (39,294,272 voting shares) are to be
