Bergisch Gladbach, December 10, 2009 - Mr. Günter Kill, (73) a longstanding
member of the Supervisory Board and current Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of INDUS Holding AG, has retired from the position he has held on the
Supervisory Board since 1991 for personal reasons. Günter Kill was elected
Chairman of the Supervisory Board in December 2008.

At its meeting on December 9, 2009, the Supervisory Board elected Mr.
Burkhard Rosenfeld (68) its new chairman. Dr. Jürgen Allerkamp (53) shall
retain his post as Deputy Chairman.
