Correction of the notification dated 7 December 2009

On 10 December 2009, BlackRock informed us as follows:

BlackRock wishes to retract the notification of BlackRock Institutional
Trust Company, N.A., San Francisco, USA, of 7 December 2009 as no new
threshold has been crossed by that company. The voting interest is still
between threshold 3% and threshold 5% and amounts to 4.30% (7,897,960
voting shares) on 1 December 2009. The company has been renamed from
Barclays Global Investors, N.A. to BlackRock Institutional Trust Company,
N.A.

The notification for the other BlackRock entities is as per the disclosure
filing.
