On December 11, 2009, AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH, Frankfurt
am
Main, Germany has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that
the voting rights in Allianz SE, München, Germany of AXA S.A., 25, Avenue
Matignon, 75008 Paris, France have fallen below the 3% threshold on
December 8, 2009 and now amount to 2,9277 % (13.288.769 shares).

These voting rights are attributed persuant to article 22, section 1,
sentence 1, No. 6. in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG and 0,0043 %
(19.460 shares) are attributed pursuant to article 22, section 1, sentence
1, No. 1 WpHG.
