On December 11 2009, AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH, Frankfurt am
Main, Germany has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that
the voting rights in Allianz SE, München, Germany of AXA S.A.,Paris, France
have fallen below the 3% threshold on December 8, 2009 and now amount to
2.9277% (13,288,769 voting rights).
These voting rights are attributed to AXA S.A. pursuant to article 22,
section 1, sentence 1, No. 6. in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG, 2.9234%
(13,269,309 voting rights) and pursuant to article 22, section 1, sentence
1, No. 1 WpHG, 0.0043% (19,460 voting rights).
