On December 17, 2009, JNU GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
adesso AG, Dortmund, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0Z23Q5, WKN: A0Z23Q, have fallen
below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 16, 2009 and on that
day amounted to 2.96% (this corresponds to 169038 Voting Rights). According
to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 0.63% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 36000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

On December 17, 2009, Ms. Jasmin Nussbaumer, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on adesso AG, Dortmund, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0Z23Q5, WKN: A0Z23Q,
have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 16, 2009
and on that day amounted to 2.96% (this corresponds to 169038 Voting
Rights). According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 0.63% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 36000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Ms.
Nussbaumer. According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the
WpHG, 2.33% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 133038 Voting Rights)
is to be attributed to Ms. Nussbaumer.
