Ref 1.: We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 of the WpHG that
on 22 July 2008 the voting interests of The Caeruleus Fund in Amadeus FiRe
AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE0005093108, undercut the 3% threshold and
on the same day amounted to 1.52% (79,180 voting rights).

Ref 2.: We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 of the WpHG that
on 22 July 2008 the voting interests of Fourth Century, LLC in Amadeus FiRe
AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE0005093108, undercut the 3% threshold and
on the same day amounted to 1.52% (79,180 voting rights).
These 1.52% (79,180 voting rights) are attributed to Fourth Century, LLC in
accordance with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG.

Ref 3.: We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 of the WpHG that
on 22 July 2008 the voting interests of 3C Corporation in Amadeus FiRe AG,
Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE0005093108, undercut the 3% threshold and on
the same day amounted to 1.52% (79,180 voting rights).
These 1.52% (79,180 voting rights) are attributed to 3C Corporation in
accordance with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG.

Ref 4.: We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 of the WpHG that
on 22 July 2008 the voting interests of Yale University in Amadeus FiRe AG,
Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE0005093108, undercut the 3% threshold and on
the same day amounted to 1.52% (79,180 voting rights).
These 1.52% (79,180 voting rights) are attributed to Yale University in
accordance with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG.
