• AXA acquires 15% of the shares in biw Bank für Investments und
  Wertpapiere AG

The Axa group has acquired a 15% stake in biw Bank für Investments und
Wertpapiere AG (biw). The shares were sold by Aragon AG, which had
previously bought back the 15% holding in biw from Conomus AG (formerly
Christ Capital AG). Aragon's stake in the company thus remains at 47%. The
purchase price has not been revealed.

biw's business operations are going extremely well, with all key indicators
continuing to point upwards. biw will go on setting new standards in online
brokerage in the next few years,' stated Ralph Konrad, a member of the
board of Aragon AG.
