Leipzig, January 25, 2010. During today's Supervisory Board meeting, Jan
Valentin (formerly at COMVEL) was appointed as Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) of Travel24.com AG. Thomas Gudel (formerly at Thomas Cook) was
appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). They replace Thomas Wagner and
Sebastian Gantzkow who have resigned as members of the Executive Board
today. The Supervisory Board has accepted the resignation and replacement
of the Executive Board.

On January, 26, 2010, the Unister GmbH will contribute EUR 150,000 to the
capital reserve of the company to consolidate the capital.
