On January 26, 2010, BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on AIXTRON AG, Herzogenrath, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN:
A0WMPJ, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 21, 2010
and on that day amounted to 3.09% (this corresponds to 3106821 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in
connection with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.09% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3106821 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON AG, Herzogenrath, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN: A0WMPJ, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on January 21, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to
3052645 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in
connection with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.03% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3052645 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on AIXTRON AG, Herzogenrath, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0WMPJ6, WKN: A0WMPJ, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on January 21, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to
