CR Capital Real Estate AG received the allowance be listed in the German
Regulated Market (Regulierter Markt) already in 2010 (subject to a
successful trading approval process); Frankfurt stock exchange informed the
company about this on 15 February 2010.

CR Capital Real Estate AG was founded in May 2008; within the Regulated
Market, the company intends to be listed in the Prime Standard. Starting
from February 2010, the company is working on the required prospectus.
First trading day in the Prime Standard is scheduled up to summer 2010.

Together with the listing in the Regulated Market, CR Capital Real Estate
AG fulfills all preconditions for the REIT status (planned for 2011).
