U.S.A., in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, Bochum, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 10 % and amounted to 10.06 % (18,486,452 voting rights) on
that day.

All voting rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to
