CeoTronics group revenue approx. EUR10,701 thousand / Order backlog:
approx. -37.2%

CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication (ISIN: DE0005407407),
Adam-Opel- Strasse 6, 63322 Rödermark, Germany, listed in the Prime
Standard and in the DAXplus family segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange,
generated consolidated revenues of EUR10,701 thousand in the period under
review from June 1, 2009 to February 28, 2010 (Q3 of business year
2009/2010) in accordance with IFRSs (previous year: EUR14,140 thousand).

The consolidated order backlog fell as expected by approx. 37.2% as of
February 28, 2010.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:

Compared to the Q3 revenue last year (second highest in the company
history) revenues declined in the current business year (nine months) by
approx. 24.3%.

Revenues and order backlog lowered due to massive delays in the switch to
digital radio systems of the authorities in Germany and the effects of the
worst crisis to the world economy and the financial markets during the last
80 years.

'The final detailed consolidated figures for the group are expected to be
published together with the Q3 2009/2010 report following their approval on
March 25, 2010', explains Thomas H. Günther, Chairman of the Board of
Management.
