On March 05, 2010 , accaris financial planning AG, Appen, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on cash.medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005251904, WKN: 525190, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights
on March 01, 2010 and on that day amounted to 5.14% (this corresponds to
130000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.19% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 30000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company .
