KKR Fund Holdings L.P. has notified us by notification dated 16 March 2010
pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, as follows:

KKR Fund Holdings L.P., Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the voting
rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 1 October 2009. The voting portion now
amounts to 88.00%. This corresponds to 96,270,768 votes.

This portion comprises 88.00% voting rights (corresponding to 96,270,768
voting rights) of KKR Glory (KPE) Limited, KKR 2006 Limited, KKR Associates
2006 (Overseas), Limited Partnership, KKR 2006 Fund (Overseas), Limited
Partnership, KKR Glory (2006) Limited, KKR Europe II Limited, KKR
Associates Europe II, Limited Partnership, KKR European Fund II, Limted
Partnership, KKR Glory (European II) Limited, Lavena 1 S.à r.l., Lavena 2
S.à r.l., Lavena 3 S.à r.l., Lavena Holding 1 GmbH, Lavena Holding 4 GmbH
and Lavena Holding 5 GmbH.

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to KKR Fund Holdings
L.P. pursuant to section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG and are held
directly by Lavena Holding 5 GmbH.

KKR Fund Holdings GP Limited has notified us by notification dated 16 March
2010 pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, as
follows:

KKR Fund Holdings GP Limited, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the voting
rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 1 October 2009. The voting portion now
amounts to 88.00%. This corresponds to 96,270,768 votes.

This portion comprises 88.00% voting rights (corresponding to 96,270,768
voting rights) of KKR Fund Holdings L.P., KKR Glory (KPE) Limited, KKR 2006
Limited, KKR Associates 2006 (Overseas), Limited Partnership, KKR 2006 Fund

II, Limited Partnership, KKR Glory (European II) Limited, Lavena 1 S.à

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to KKR Fund Holdings
GP Limited pursuant to section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG and are held
directly by Lavena Holding 5 GmbH.

KKR Group Holdings L.P. has notified us by notification dated 16 March 2010
pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, as follows:

KKR Group Holdings L.P., Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the voting
rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 1 October 2009. The voting portion now
amounts to 88.00%. This corresponds to 96,270,768 votes.

20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the voting rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG
on 1 October 2009. The voting portion now amounts to 88.00%. This
corresponds to 96,270,768 votes.

This portion comprises 88.00% voting rights (corresponding to 96,270,768

15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the voting rights in ProSiebenSat.1
Media AG on 1 October 2009. The voting portion now amounts to 88.00%. This
corresponds to 96,270,768 votes.

This portion comprises 88.00% voting rights (corresponding to 96,270,768
voting rights) of KKR & Co. L.P., KKR Group Limited, KKR Group Holdings
L.P., KKR Fund Holdings GP Limited, KKR Fund Holdings L.P., KKR Glory (KPE)

KKR PEI Investments, L.P. has notified us by notification dated 16 March
2010 pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, as
follows:

a) KKR PEI Investments, L.P., St. Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands,
fell below the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
of the voting rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 1 October 2009. As of
that date, the voting portion amounted to 0.00%. This corresponds to 0
votes.

b) Furthermore, KKR PEI SICAR, S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg, fell below the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%,
5% and 3% of the voting rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 1 October
2009. As of that date, the voting portion amounted to 0.00%. This
corresponds to 0 votes. KKR PEI Investments, L.P. formerly held shares in
KKR PEI SICAR, S.á r.l. KKR PEI SICAR, S.á r.l. has been liquidated with
effect as of 23 December 2009.

VIII.

KKR PEI Associates L.P. has notified us by notification dated 16 March 2010
pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, as follows:

KKR PEI Associates L.P., St. Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands, fell
below the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% of the
voting rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 1 October 2009. As of that
date, the voting portion amounted to 0.00%. This corresponds to 0 votes.

KKR PEI GP Limited has notified us by notification dated 16 March 2010
pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, as follows:

KKR PEI GP Limited, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands, fell below
the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% of the
voting rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 1 October 2009. As of that
