Appointment of Chairman and Change of Directorate

Getmobile is pleased to announce the appointment of Maximilian Ardelt as
Chairman of the Company. He has been a non-executive director of the
Company since December 2005, and takes over from Pierce Casey who along
with Brian Stephens has resigned from the Board today which is the last day
of trading of the Company's shares on AIM.

Pierce Casey and Brian Stephens resignations are in accordance with their
previously announced intentions to stand down from the Board upon the
cancellation of the Company's quotation on AIM, as approved by shareholders
at the EGM on 12 March. The cancellation of the Company's quotation on AIM
will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on Monday, 22 March 2010.
