Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Geratherm Medical AG, Geschwenda,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005495626, WKN: 549562, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on March 15, 2010 and on that day amounted to
9.09% (this corresponds to 449999 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.09% of
