On April 01, 2010, State Street Corporation, Boston, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1,
WKN: A0LD2U, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50%
limit of the Voting Rights on April 01, 2010 and on that day amounted to
52.98% (this corresponds to 29671139 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 52.98%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 29671139 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via State Street AIS Europe LLC, Mourant & Co.
Limited, Juris Limited and Mourant Ireland Limited.

alstria would like to point out that the major shareholder is still holding
its entire participation in alstria; the voting right notification results
from a mere restructuring on trustee level.
