The Executive Board of Schweizer Electronic AG today signed a multi-year
supply agreement with SMA Solar Technology AG, Niestetal. The agreement
shall enter into force immediately and ensure both parties planning
security and supply assurance for the coming years. The parties agreed not
to disclose any details.

Schweizer Electronic operates the RFID business in the context of a
'Schweizer Tracking and Tracing Solutions' business unit.
