On May 04, 2010 , Mr Rainer Schorr, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have
fallen due to a capital increase below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on
April 26, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.82% (this corresponds to
460252 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.82% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 460252 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Schorr from Rainer Schorr Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbh,
Berlin .
