On May 06, 2010 , TAG Asset Management GmbH, Hamburg, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3,
WKN: A0KFKB, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% limit of the Voting
Rights on April 26, 2010 and on that day amounted to 15.16% (this
corresponds to 1446808 Voting Rights).

On May 06, 2010 , TAG Immobilien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB,
have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% limit of the Voting Rights on April
26, 2010 and on that day amounted to 15.16% (this corresponds to 1446808
Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 15.16%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1446808 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to TAG Immobilien AG from TAG Asset Management GmbH, Hamburg.
