Correction of a Voting Rights Notification from 25.08.2009

On May 17, 2010 , Mr. Thorsten Preugschas, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005250708, WKN:
525070, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on August 14,
2009 and on that day amounted to 0.91% (this corresponds to 162214 Voting
Rights).

This is a correction to a Voting Rights Notification of 25.08.2009 that Mr.
Thorsten Preugschas has fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on
August 18, 2009 and on that day amounted to 0.91% (this corresponds to
162214 Voting Rights).
